To make the holiday celebration feasts easy for you we have tested the drinks pairings ourselves and curated three of our blends to cover all your needs.
Sherbet Daydream is the ideal way to kick off your party. It's sparkling. It's pink. It's bubbly. It tastes a little like a christmas tree as we infuse the rhubarb blend with douglas fir pine we picked from the nearby forest. It pairs beautifully with oysters, smoked salmon, and most canapes you can throw at it.
Our collaboration bottle with the Four Horsemen restaurant is next up to accompany the main event. The blend's sour cherries work like a dream with roast duck or other meats and umami sauces. It's dark ruby color and velvety texture feel make it feel an indulgent treat at this time of year.
And what for dessert? In Denmark we enjoy the classic risalamande, a creamy rice pudding with whipped cream. We chose our Koji Rice Series 1 blend here - they were made for each other. The background sweetness and savory notes here will also play brilliantly alongside your cheese board.
