Our original blend, named after a once-eponymous venue in London's East End, is ethereal, uplifting, and perfect for celebrations.

Fermented gooseberries, white currant wine, quince kefir, jasmine tea, geranium & woodruff kvass.
Paring Notes
Serve chilled in a champagne flute. Pair it with aromatic dishes, seafood and white rinded cheese. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
